Old characters on IoR - unable to progress

<div>Bugged this in-game too...</div><div> </div><div>Old chars apparently do not have the gathering skill (my lvl 6 preist, now fury had gathering of 0, it didnt even list on the skill window)...and are unable to advance the find arrows on the ground, or the pick up parchment from the ground quests.</div><div> </div><div>Also, several people mentioned not receiving the gloves from the first quest.</div>

<div></div><p>Skills on all characters were dropped, some by as much as 40 pts or more.  My 55 guard has the defense, offense skills of a lvl 49.</p><p>Hoping these skills get reset to where they were.</p>

<div></div>Please - Please fix the skill thing. I really do not want to have to go through all 12 of my characters and build up defense/crush/slash/casting skills for hours.
