Drop rates

<DIV>I know some changes have been made recently to the way stuff drops, pretty much across the board.  I have noticed a couple of areas that seem 'off' to me, but don't really know what is intended...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>1.  Giants in TS (the heroic and solo firerocks between griff fields and skindancer area)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I killed a bunch of these this week (enough to do language quest for 2 chars). I got a small chest off of the heroic ones maybe twice in the whole bunch (the little red present, since the frostfell stuff is still on). The solo ones seemed to have about a good chance of the blue present (mostly adepts).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>2.  Solo Nightbloods in EL</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Tried this with a duo of two lvl 34's, so the heroics were off limits. I killed 15 of the nightblood scourges, and got nothing but body loot.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My assumption at this point is that this is just random, but wanted to post to see if others are seeing anything similar. (and before anyone asks, no, they were not grey :smileyhappy: )</DIV>
