<DIV>With the recent restructure of the priorities of CS/GM staff the chat has been perma moderated. A couple things I'd like to point out about this.</DIV> <DIV>It's useless for people that have just general questions.</DIV> <DIV>It's useless for people that want to talk as a group when there is a server down.</DIV> <DIV>It's useless for people that have a space in their chosen name.</DIV> <DIV>It's useless.</DIV> <DIV>Ok. So that is just one thing I'm pointing out. Get the code from the old EQ1 chat that would let you create rooms and give the creator op for that room.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Either that or take the chat button of of the loader completely because it's an oxymoron now. </DIV>

Especially since the banners never correctly identify the status of Test. The only way to find out if it is down (or simply a glitch somewhere) has been to ask.

The ability to create our own chat rooms like EQ would be great.  Even test only chat would be great.I don't even use the chat in EQ2, and it is more likely to keep me logged in if it did work.~Eva<div></div>

<DIV>I added a fun chat server over on eq2test for us to use, it is in testing off my home machine atm, but will move it to production if everything seems cool.</DIV>
