<P>From looking at the list i have to agree with just about all of it.  Not to sure i understand the allowing players to share quests.  A) Is that if one player gets a quest the entire group gets a quest?  or B) is it if a player completes a quest all get xp for it?  </P> <P> </P> <P>The one i am on the fence about is allowing you to see the reward before doing the quest.  For me part of the fun is getting a quest and being surprised at what the reward is.  i love trying to figure things out on my own and only hit spoiler sites as a last resort.  </P>

Yeah, I think that list pretty much addresses all the top complaints.  # 1, 6, and 8 especially, I think.  (Well, 8 is just something I'd love personally.  1 and 6 seem to be the most common things I hear, on Test and from Live players as well.) Solo content already has a chance -- albeit tiny -- to drop a Master chest; that seems to be as it should. And the one thing I'm not seeing on here, that seems to be something I hear a lot a lot these days, is the suitability of quest rewards (and chest drops).  Although it's nice that the eight billion pieces of plate armor I've quested sell for a good price, would it kill the game to give me some chain once in a while?  I don't have a single plate-wearing toon.  (And it nearly killed me yesterday when someone in the guild got discovery for a level 54 piece of FABLED scout-only chain, but it was no-trade and they had no scouts in the gorup.)  I guess maybe it would go under Heading 4/Diversity, But I've seen a lot of complaints about class-restricted no-trade armor going to waste, and I agree: it's a shame. So far, so good. <div></div>

Well a lot of that is good. And as for the PvP stuff, where did that come from? I honeslty hope this isn't going to become a PvP and PvE game, because if it is 99% chance it will be ruined at least in my eyes and many. Why? Not because I hate PvP but because i've never ever seen a single game that could be properly balanced for BOTH at the same time. You end up having to change the skills and powers act in order to balance them in PvP making them no fun in PvE anymore. This really scares me <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />The quest sharing is probably designed to be like in WoW. If you have a quest you can share it with others in your group. BAsiclly you give them the quest. If the group member would be able to go to the quest giver and get the quest then you can give it to them instead. It allows groups to work on the same quests without everyone having to run back to town and pick them up.

<DIV>1>tradeskill    tradeskilling is way to time consuming to generate enough equipment / food / drink for even your own characters let alone supply enough for someone else. I would have rather they dropped the time involved with tradeskilling than shorten the levels like they did.</DIV> <DIV>bring in some of the stuff that they said originally that eq2 was going to have, clothing, slings that all characters can use (even if it only does 1 point just enough to pull with and a reasonable delay not 30 seconds)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>2 > bring on the name police, within reason. I know someone that was called Ladybug on live, in eq1 had that name for 5 years, but she lost it in eq2 because Lady is a title here, but other characters i've seen that are blatently sexual and offensive that have been reported are still playing.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>3> IMO there is no such thing as class balancing except as far as it has gone to allowing all classes to solo in some form or another. Classes can never be truely equal, some have to be better at one thing than another or there is no sense in having differant classes.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>4> diversity... guild housing, currently there is no way to set up a house where your guild can use it, need command /guild = friend and only guild can come into the house under friendship rules not everyone else that likes to rearrange your furniture, that way you can let them use your tradeskilling stuff and there would be a reason for a guild to purchase a 5 room house or bigger if it gets put in.</DIV> <DIV>spells.. totems..items with effects.. = fluff stuff get some silly things in, like the monster pet in eq1, it was restricted to look like one of the mobs in the current zone. illusions bixie illusion from totem or an enchanter casting it on you, or a necklace you quest for, pixies, etc, give everyone the chance if they so choose to use an illusion, the silly monkey totems are great even if they didnt increase power regen.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>6> mob pathing, keep the mobs out of the walls, constantly on pull mob runs up to me then runs around to my left and into a wall and i have to back up down the hall praying i dont get a respawn while its beating on me and i can't hit it because i can't see it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>passages, when mystic in bear form gets stuck trying to go through doors / passages, /hide_illusion fixes this, cant you make a little bear illusion rather than a tubby ole bear? speaking of bears whens my bear form going to get casting animation like the totems have, (or maybe dance like baloo ? :O)   )</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>7> pvp.. i hate pvp, it turns 40 year olds into 12 year old juveniles in a pve enviroment, if its on its own server with its own rules fine but not what i'm on.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>misc>  load time etc. i have a dedicated 1.5 meg down i should not have to wait for my recipie book to load up everytime i zone, its obviously recipie book as this issue does not happen with my non crafters, the more recipies the longer the zone. example if my level 20 ranger / 52 woodworker is using a totem (like snow bear) and is in sneak mode and i zone, it takes a long time to zone, then once i zone in and appear, I show up then my bear form shows up then my invis doesnt show up because i have agro from a mob by then, but i can't move yet because my recipie book is still loading , then my buff bars finally appear, then i can move. this takes upwards of 20 to 30 seconds, meanwhile the mob is beating on me and i'm dieing because there is nothing i can do.</DIV> <DIV>recipie book should not be loaded into memory unless i select it or i'm actually crafting. speaking of, the higher the number of recipies the longer it takes to select one. example.. i make a few chameleon totems, i then scroll to wolf totems, i click on the wolf totem recipie and 5 seconds later the wolf totem recipie will be selected.</DIV> <DIV>neither of these issues existed prior to DoF for me.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>in referance to content and masters dropping on solo mobs, i've seen that happen already extremely rare but its happened on live a couple of times, level 24 skeletal trooper dropped one once in thundering steppes, bat on zone in of upper tunnels of split paw dropped one once, level 10 crab on beach in antonica dropped one once. this was on live in the last oh 3 months all totalled. dont know if it was a bug or not.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>being able to preview what something will look like, right click it examine (possible maybe in your inventory screen picture) you see what you would look like wearing said item. there are a lot of people including me that wouldnt take something or would take it , based on what it looked like if we knew ahead of time. its really a shame when someone gets something thinking it will look really nice they attune it and then sell it off to a merchant because they hate the way it looks, when someone else would have loved to have had it and didnt care about the looks. or buy it off player / broker and find out it looks horrid.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>and please have the graphics department do away with all the skirts on armor (mind you this just me there are bound to  be people that like the looks of leather or plate flapping around their kneecaps)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>ok i'll shut now :O)</DIV>
