<DIV>After the recent patch, I made a new character to test the Named Mobs on IoR.  Prior to the patch, mobs such as the Seige Planner and Warmonger were very tough to solo. They hit pretty hard and were immune to hits from the standard issue newbie weapon.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Last night, those two mobs and some of the other ones such as the Serpent were a piece of cake to solo with a level 6 priest.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Then I rolled a fighter and at level 6, a scout and I took down the Orc and his cronies so fast it was kind of disappointing.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I really didn't mind having some tough mobs on the Isle before.  If you wanted to tone them down a bit, that's okay but you took them down a little too far, IMO.</DIV>

On the other hand, there are some brutal named mobs in newbie zones.  I was playing a level 8 fighter with a level 7 fighter and level 7 priest, and the three of us together died 7 times to a 7^^^ blue named snake outside of Qeynos.  At level 9, with it green, the three of us together *might* have been able to hack it, and that seemed a bit unreasonable. <div></div>
