Targetting mystery

So, at first I thought I had somehow hit ESC and lost my target but no, there it is, and I have to click on it even though I already have the target selected.  This little target feature is deadly on t he isle of refuge. Basically, anything, chatting, opening your journal, looking at your persona etc, causes you to invisably unaquire your target. You have to reaquire the target to continue.  ~Eva <div></div>

Ya tonight I kept hitting the esc button, but then all of a sudden i had the mob targeted again.. Happened like 5 times in a row for the ones i noticed.  I believe it happened before causing me to die, but i thought it was me, but the more I think bout it, the more i know it's from this bug <div></div>

Tonight mobs which aggroed on me would not be targeted.  The only way I could target something legally was to actually click on the target mob.  Same thing when assisting.  I had to click on the group member every time in order to hit the mob.  Later while standing on the shore of the Sinking Sand, I would automatically target myself.  I would clear the target, and a few seconds later I would automatically target myself again... this happened over and over while I stood there. <div></div>

This is what I noticed when I was playing next to Kwoung in RL.  I always target through him for attacks.  While my implied target shows nothing, his primary target still has the mob in it, but he receives the no eligible target message.  Not sure if you guys have figured out what caused the problem.  But hope this helps debug it a bit.
