Regarding the new feature that shows spells active on the target in the target window. I dont find that to be useful and it just makes for more screen clutter.

Before there is a lock on that feature, could you consider making it optional with a toggle of some kind?

Not asking to get rid of it, just make it an option. Thanks for listening.

Likewise...or let me resize the window to cut the effects off. It's too big and hangs over the top of my maintained spells window. Very messy.

You could always use a custom target window. Anyone proficient in the EQ2 UI could make one for you in a few seconds that worked like the original one

I too find the new information in the target window a tad distracting at times. Now we have the target of target with the same things..but I was noticing some strange things about that. When I was in sinking sands with several ppl (Sephiro in cluded) whatever they had targeted, I could see the buffs or whatnot on them...but saw no name as to what they had targeted. So if I had Seph targeted..I had the huge box with his name and all the buffs he has on..and another one below that with no name, same size and a set of icons. Kinda strange.

And to be honest, I dont want to use a custom UI to get rid of things like that as I hear problem after problem reported and the first thing they ask is if you are using a custom UI...I prefer the default one. Just need a couple more options to set it up right.

I agree with the thread that you shouldn't have to make UI changes or get a custom UI to turn off features like this.
