Halloween masks are not useful for casters.

<DIV>I wear a robe, I have /showhood toggled to not have a hood on. I got a skeleton mask in the haunted house, but it is completely useless to me. For it to be viewable, I need to put it on, I have to toggle showhood on, then I need to remove my clothing (robe) for it to show. In the end, I am a mostly naked Dark Elf with a skeleton face, that was fun for about 3 seconds and I seriously doubt I will ever toggle showhood and remove my robe again.. thus making the entire mask thing worthless for me.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If I could wear my robe and have the mask show, I would have no problem toggling showhood to look scarry and fun occassionally, but having to be bare chested to make the mask show, is silly. </DIV>

I wear the skull al the time, without my robe...but I agree I'm strange. I noticed oracle does not have to remove her robe for the cat mask to show but Grimysh does.Perhaps it's not just clothe related but also race. Grimysh is a froglock and Oracle is some kinda elf or half elf, or maybe shes human. I'll have to find out.

Ratonga here and have to go robeless to get the masks to show. Love the masks, but just isn't practical to join in on the Halloween fun if I have to get naked.

Must try this "trick" Thought my mask just didn't work as an Iksar female. But I do wear a robe.
