<DIV>This has been brought up before, but wanted to mention it again. As testers, there are several feedback options available.../bug, /feedback, this forum, testing feedback forum. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>SOE, which one do you want us to use?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My take is</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>1. /bug and /feedback are the simplest things to do. The downside is that the communication is strictly one way. There really isn't any mechanism for you to solicit more info from us if there is a question, or address a specific issue as fixed. I personally do this for the simplest issues. There is also the feeling that sometimes this info just disappears into the void. I'm sure thats not the case, but one way communication is sometimes hard not to perceive that way.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>2. Testing feedback forum. It is extremely rare that I even LOOK at this forum, let alone post. It is very obvious that >90% of the posts there do not play on test, and many (most?) are simply gripes about "when are you going to change/fix issue XXX". I hope SOE does not consider the content of this forum to at all represent Test.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>3. This forum. This is where I post almost all of my issues, but the recent issue where some QA people didn't even have access to it make me wonder if this is the best place to put these things. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I'm not posting this as "where should I post to get my voice heard" but "how can we get the best info to you (SOE) so you can address the issue (or not, if something is intentional).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks (and thanks to QA for all your hard work)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
