<DIV>Over this weekend I noticed a few things that seem broken in the UI for raiding. I would not be surprised if they had a common root cause. The problem is what happens after you form a raid and then the groups leave the raid.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>1. You can still call up the raid window. It shows the composition of the raid before your group left it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>2. If you do /whoraid it shows a list of people in the groups that were in the raid. I am sorry that I did not take notes when I did this. I don't remember if the results match the raid window or they match the current membership of the groups.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>To this ex-software engineer it appears that there probably is a flag in the client that says if you are in a raid or not and a data structure that says who is in the raid; and that that flag is not getting cleared when your group (as opposed to just you) leave the raid. If the flag still erroneously says you are in a raid, your UI looks at the data structure and happily tells you about the other group(s) that were in the raid. Just my guess, but I would put a few coins on it. :smileywink:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Edowen</DIV>
