New UI - Scrollbar Issues (large screenshots)

/bugged this once in-game, and Ronobi said "Yes, please" to screenshots, so here they are. Scroll bars are not appearing properly in the new UI for me.  I play with a screen resolution of 1280x1024, using an nVidia GeForce 6800 GT.  This doesn't happen with all windows; many are fine.  The Guild UI and the in-city bells are the worst offenders, as shown below: <img src="http://etoilepb.com/goodies/eq2-uibarbug.jpg"> ^ -- the two edged in blue were taken at the same time, at the same bell, to illustrate how the two ends of the list look.  I have to use the mouse scroll wheel to scroll to my destination. <img src="http://etoilepb.com/goodies/eq2-uiguildbug.jpg"> ^ -- these were taken at the same time, showing the top and bottom of the list.  Because I wasn't paying attention in Photoshop, the top image is actually the bottom half of the list -- as you can kind of see comparing the notes, status points, and locations; the lists overlap.  I included top and bottom to show how it looks when you scroll -- again, using the mouse wheel, as the bar doesn't work. I am having the same problems with some of the windows and I play at the same resolution and I have the same video card. <div></div>

I have the guild issues one, The other problem I have is when there is more than 2 items in a chest I can not see the rest, there is<b> no</b> scroll bar.  I play in 1280x1024 mode. <div></div>

Here is a problem that may well be related.  When I try to use the tradeskill instance vendor, I often cannot grab hold of the scroll bar thumb to drag it down from its initial position.  Mostly what happens is the mouse down event seems to be interpretted as clicking on the up control at the top of the scroll bar.  If I aim for the bottom edge of the thumb, sometimes the click and drag down works, but it is very picky. Last night my Loot window had a scroll bar I noticed.  I didnt look at any of the other bars. <div></div>

I've noticed this problem as well, but only with the guild-window. I'll pay more attention to it with the other windows too. There's more up with the guild-window. I sorted the members on class the other day, and was scrolling through it and while at first the list appeared sorted, after a while it wasn't anymore. It seemed at that point to be back at alphabetical sorting. Note that to reproduce this problem you may need to be in a big guild in order to get a long list of names as at first it seemed to be okay. I play in windowed mode and my desktop resolution is at 1920 x 1440 Graphics Card: Geforce FX 5900 <div></div>
