<DIV>Talked with Ronobi in game about this, but posting it here for others feedback...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I noticed that the respawn point in Nek Forrest near the central bridge has you going through a ton of shrillers to get back to the main road.  There were maybe 10 different mobs in varying levels (from VV pairs to V singles to a couple of ^ singles).  On my first revive, I died again on the bridge, just trying to run through them (this was as a 21 SK, full crafted armor).  Now, I'm not saying it should or should not be this way, but my impression is that this is a little harsh.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyone else notice this area? (who knows...maybe my SK is just a wuss) or other respawn points like that in other places?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Ronobi also pointed out that the area may be crowded because it hasn't been cleared out in a while (and I can beleive that) so it may just be a fluke.</DIV>

<DIV>ya ive noticed similar things</DIV> <DIV>I actually kinda wish death was like in WoW, where you die and become a ghost and have get back to your corpse from the nearest revive point, and are banned from combat until you do so... (or pay to revive in town)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Nek forest travel nowdays period is a pain in the tush. personally I don't see how anyone doing the betrayal quest makes it without dieing 4 or 5 times through that zone anymore with the added mobs, pathing changes etc thats been made over the last few months. The freeport side can cheat and cough up 60 silver and take the boat to thundering steppes but the qeynos side is stuck with making the run through the forest and a guarenteed death as invis is useless at those levels.

heh I made it at lv 8 with nek how it currently is. just gotta be reeeeeally careful hehehe doge heroic mobs in favor of getting solo followers. groups of vv or vvv are my preferred stalkers, because often only part of the group can reach you while you're running

<P>WHat I am noticing running thru NEK is your speed and sprint drop out not allowing t=you to run thru there anymore.  How about leaving speed and sprint unless actually turn on the combat, vice when something agro on you dropping them to only the normal speed???</P> <P> Dye</P>
