Test Chat Channel?

<DIV>I wanted to inquire about getting test server our own chat channel like we had in eq1. I don't think it would be really hard to do and 99% of the time the Customer support moderators can't really help us to much more then the banner scrolling over our heads. I'm not complaining about them, but it's just a hard fact. It also helps us communicate during server downs.</DIV>
