<DIV><FONT size=2> <P>Way to go guys!</P> <P>Needing another mule, I created a scout this time for [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot]s and grins. Didn't have any problems on the isle, so as level 5 came along, I scurried along to Castleview to start the citizen quest. </P> <P>Eeeks, Darn Vern! </P> <P>Collecting the marks for the citizen quest in down Under, close to the zone. Almost all the NPCs are epic 3 up arrows level 6 and up. The easiest mob was a 6 even up. 5 deaths later, I definately determined these newbie players can not do this quest.</P> <P>App 2 spells. Still no luck. Finally one of the mobs respawned to level 5 even, no up or down arrows. After a death or two or three more I finally managed to to kill this one mob. In the end I finished getting the marks with about 6 or 7 more deaths, killing only the 2 or 3 mobs availiable over and over. The rest of the citizen quest went fairly easy compared to the marks and was completed. </P> <P>I think the zones PCs go to to get the mobs needs looked at again. Having the vast majority of mobs level 6 and a rare 5 Epic 3 up arrows and up does no good with solo players at this point in their young lives.</P> <P>Only other thing noted for new players, spare the vitality!!!, Let it go to 100 percent every level through level 9 or 10.
