I am sick and tired of you all just ignoreing us and you guys have the habbit of not responding to we YOUR TESTERS. The reason this forum was created was to have direct communication with you all. Is it happening ? NO. First off where is Palladius and the other new guy since you took away Nate (who always seemed very helpful) for whatever reason? At least we would see Nate once in awhile. I am totally disapointed with the support we are getting and it seems so unprofessional. Alot of us came from EQ1 test and have never been treated like this. I know beta is going on and thats fine, but we have been getting patch after patch which only seems to be breaking the test server more and more, and makeing this game less fun everyday. Our newest example being the changes to run/walk speed to the invisible line. I do have to let you all know that Invisible is NOT the same as sneak. One is a skill used to sneak around being slow and stealthy while Invisible uses a magic spell to hide the individual or group. I really did'nt see any logical point in nerfing it. Now lets talk about the raid mobs on test server. A couple of weeks ago we were all very happy that you lowered the level on outdoor contested mobs and we YOUR TEST RAID FORCE were finally able to take down a few mobs and that brought hope and motivation in that all was not lost to the new guy on the raid scene in the way that we did'nt have to be equiped with high end fabled gear to get started. Of course how are people suppose to get equiped with that gear if we can't kill the mobs? This happiness lasted for all but about 1 week until the next round of nerfs came out and then somebody in SOE made the decision to make epics hit harder, lower resist, and take away mitigation from some of our worn items to name a few . Here we are back at square 1 so a little guidence would be wonderful at this point to we your full time testers.

I am playing EQ. Much more stable. I can get a response from the devs. Not as pretty, but beauty is only skin deep.

This is how it's been: You dump patch after patch onto test. You asked for our feedbacks. We talk till our mouths are dry or write till our hands are tired and we wait, and we wait, and we wait. Nothing comes back. It's a void out there.

If you are sincere about listening to us, what about an occasional comment to steer the postings towards more focused and constructive? A post like: "But we are really interested in hearing about your experience in doing this..." would be fine. At least you nod as we talk.

I have read all the recent patch notes and tried testing each in my own way. I have given you my "feel" of the things. But I am never sure if any of the changes I experienced are intentional or not. I cannot make a link between your patch and what I experience in game and therefore I feel most of my time spent testing stuff is wasted. That's what's killing me.

Well I remember when I came on, i was very excited to be taking part in the test environment, and there were QA people around and they listened to our feedback and such.

Now I play on the preview server, or the pre-nerf server if you prefer. We cant really test if no one is listening.

Minnah Mousze of Test

Cant get a direct answer from a dev why we cant split an account on test for two boxing...not that i'm sure that's such a good idea anymore....but my bestest patch feedback lately is that the licensing accept and decline buttons all werk reel gud....

Agedone, 47th Mystic, Test
