<DIV>Intelligence no longer affects spells. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Spells appear to be at MAX damage regardless of intelligence. Ice Comet adept 3 is 4293-5247 regardless of my intellignece.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Hopefully this can be fixed quick before everyone thinks mobs are either too easy or just right. I woudl say i have 600 more damage on this spell then i should.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Jaly</DIV>

I think Jaly's right here. When Int effected spells before, I was able to get my Ice Comet's max damage up to about 5187 with an int of 256. Now it's 5247, same as Jaly's

if you go naked,.. is the spell damage still the same, or does it go down? <div></div>

<DIV>Ok, slightly wrong. Intelligence does affect damage - it maxes at 90 int. </DIV>

<P>Goboy, you may be onto something. What level are you? I am wondering if the 90 is fixed, or maybe it is something like 5x your level (in which case you would be 1<img src="/smilies/b2eb59423fbf5fa39342041237025880.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.</P> <P>Edowen</P>

<DIV>I am level 50. Osen tried with a leel 30 (terri). Her agility only impacted her avoidance up to 90 agility.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Either this is a bug (and an important one, too), or an undocumented change that has increasingly large, negative, effects on toons' avoidance as they go up in level and keep trying to improve their agility and avoidance via training and items.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It would be very nice if SoE could comment on this. If it is a bug, okay, we found it (yay!). If it is a change to the mechanics of the game, people should know that their toons' base agility is capped at 90. Then they could know not to spend coin or waste training opportunities on raising it above that level.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Edowen</DIV>

Right. Terri's agility fully buffed is 137. Her avoidnace fully buffed is 42.9%. I took off jewelery and other non armor pieces and found that at 89 agi my avoidance was 40.2%. At 93 it was 42.9%. So there is a hard cap on your agility affecting avoidance. Anything over 90 isn't doing crap. I have yet to check with a higher level toon to see if the cap is level based. To properly test you must only remove nonarmor pieces or buffs that affect agility. Get your agility under 90, then slowly add pieces and see how your avoidance increases as you increase your agility. <div></div>

The effective cap is set at 7 times the character's level. <DIV>Aye they fixed this. I went from 47% avoidance to 35% avoidance /sigh. I actually liked that bug.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
