Dynamic camps

Once you start killing mobs in these camps, the mobs lvl's have been changing.  They are going up 1 to 2 lvl's on average.  Take 5 groups in the camp as lvl 37, once you kill one of these groups, they jump to 38.. etc.  I don't know if they go higher than a few lvl's. <div></div>
