XP bonus is gone

Is this a mistake or is it going away? The bonus cannot be toggled currently, and I am told one receives the message that there is no bonus to toggle off.  Strangely I had just begun to comment on how slow xp seemed despite the mobs I was slaughtering. ~Eva <div></div>
