<DIV>So I get to log in last night for about the first time in three days, darn RL for interfereing with my EQ time <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> and I put my 3 buffs up on my guardian. Slates, Battle Tactics and Call of Command and we are off to kill some group mobs.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I pull the first group, click on Hold The Line ( i am mentored down) and.....Not enough Concentration...Huh? Meanwhile, the nuker is AoE'ing, the healer is...well...healing...and there I am, caught with my armor down, so to speak. There must be some mistake. Click HTL again....Not enough concentration....</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>So which of my defensive/hp buffs do I give up just to do my job? Which is to hold aggro and take a beating. I mean I am only a guardian that depends on defense and hp after all. If I drop no buffs, I cant use HTL to hold aggro, if I drop a defensive, I am less of a tank to my group and more of a mana sponge. If I drop my hp buff, well, that is less hp I have to start with.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Why is a necessary combat art, and it is not a buff, taking conc? I have already lost mitigation and avoidance in the combat revamp, why am I now forced to lose more mitigation just to hold aggro on groups of mobs?</DIV>
