We've figured out what the problem is and reported it to Dev.  They are working on a fix for the barrels, which are dropping in game.  The problem is that they arent visible to anyone.

Since the barrels are filled with alchohol, does that mean that invisible pink elephants were involved?(Glad to hear there's a fix on the way.)
