Favor of Innovation - No Rare

<DIV>I've seen some posts on the boards about this, but it happened to me today.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Was making an Essense of Wisdom of Zephyl (low 20's Monk skill), got the Favor of Innovation (my first one in months of crafting), countered it, and checked my bags afterwards...no rare item.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Now, this would have given me a rare to make a 20's skill with, so I'm not that upset by it, but this can't be how it was intended.  My biggest complaint with this is all I can do is say "I countered it" and I have absolutely nothing to prove it with.  My hope is that more of this stuff is logged on Test, and someone can investigate what is going on.  I know some of these points have been addressed recently, but I still think something is buggy with this event.</DIV>

I have countered it three times, gotten a rare once. Woot, Figwart Roots. All I can say is maybe it is rare event, rare chance too. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>
