View Full Version : Waypoint wisp line needs a tweak

I mentioned this to Palla the other night, and thought I would mention it here for others. The waypoint / track / shard locator glowing line needs to be set so it's not so confusing. Right now the line will go through geometry instead of over it. Say you are trying to follow something through a hilled area. The line will point straight through the hills to the subject, and be impossible to follow. This is true for dungeons, and any other obsticle laden areas as well.  Not sure how to go about fixing this, just stating it needs a fix. On a related note. Lucky Break, the level 5 scout skill for starting Heroic Opertunities has a max skill of 75, when it should have an unlimited max skill like the other 3 classes. <div></div>

<P>Also, sometimes the wisp trail alternates between two points, so that you go forward a ways, then 180 turn and back to where you were, 180 again....etc. Or alternate between 3 points A, B, C, A, B, etc.</P> <P>This seemed to start about the time waypoints changed to disappear when you reached them, but thats just a guess.</P>

Yep, I noticed this as well since I died twice tonight. hehe. It's pretty much exactly as Raz says. Except for me, it seems that I'm always outrunning the yellow waypoint line and look like I have a yellow light shooting out of my tail.
