<DIV><SPAN>Reported this a few mins ago.  Wanted to post here in case anyone had any observations to add.  Thanks also to everyone who helped me confirm this wasn't just happening to me.  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></SPAN></DIV> <DIV><SPAN></SPAN> </DIV> <DIV><SPAN>This is happening to me on both Test and live servers.<SPAN>  </SPAN>Innate racial visions such as sonicvision and ultravision are not costing power as stated in their descriptions.<SPAN>  </SPAN>They are supposed to cost 1% total power every 40.9 seconds per their descriptions, but currently they are costing power approximately every 5-7 seconds.<SPAN>  </SPAN>My current Test character has 826 power and when he's regenerating power, it goes each tick up by however much his regen is and then immediately drops by 8 points.<SPAN>  </SPAN>Have confirmed it with aquavision, sonicvision, ultravision, and infravision.<SPAN>  </SPAN>Also appears to cost power at the same rate or higher during combat.<SPAN>  </SPAN>This is annoying because it makes racial vision too much of a handicap to use in most combat scenarios and seriously eats into out of combat power regen, unnecessarily slowing down gameplay.</SPAN></DIV>
