Test down for Live server update?

<DIV>Not sure why Test is down for this...but it is entirely possible I missed an anouncement.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Is it me or didn't Test used to be independant of Live downtimes?  Seems like the last couple of downtimes have included Test as well.  Don't get me wrong, i'm not complaining about it being down, but if its going to be down whenever there is a live downtime I can plan my play schedule better.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

I don't really understand why Test is down when Live patches either.  Seems like it should be pretty independent of the live schedule.

I am going to have to throw my [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot] in here too. Why is the Test server going down with live servers? <div></div>

Looks like its down again as Runnyeye and Splitpaw are patched...is it just coincidence that Test is going down at these time or is something not working right?
