No chest drops in Stormhold?

<DIV>Fought as a duo (24 Guard/24 Templar) in SH around the chapel area for about an hour today. A couple of the mobs were green heroics, but most were blue/white heroics (maybe 20 groups or so...didn't count). We got only one chest drop (a quest starter) the whole time. Is this intended, or are there some lingering effects from changing some of the solo mobs back to heroic?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Has anyone else seen this?</DIV>

<DIV>About 2 weeks ago I was duo in Stormhold also.  After 3.5 hours, I had still gained 0 chests.  Dagon and I was talking about it (he was Berrik hunting) and he had only gotten 1 chest in a few hours also.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The chest frequency has been altered quite severely in Stormhold as of recent for the worse.</DIV>
