Unable to Log On after 4/28 Patch

<DIV>At the character select screen, I am receiving the message "There was an error that prohibited the server from letting you play.  Please try again in a few minutes".  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>This is on my 33 Templar, Arideth.  Another toon on that account, Aridethx, works fine.  I was playing Arideth right up until the down time for the patch, camping her a few minutes before hand.  The other character I play with her on another account, Julianna, is working fine.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I've noted one other person mention having this problem in channel Test.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I petitioned, but the CS told me to email support.  ugh!</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<P>Remove any custom UI eq2.ini files and try again?</P> <P>Some major rework on the UI this patch, and nearly all custom UIs are broken.  I was unable to log in till I reverted to the default.</P>

Have the same issue with my lvl 30 Templar Shevaghn, other characters work fine Another player in my guild has this issue with a lvl 27 Inquisitor also has this problem. <div></div>

Still no update as of yet...cannot log on my main Cimee. All other characters can log on with no trouble
