Not sure if this is "NEW" loot or not...

I am not sure if this is part of the new loot or not, but I recently had to kill 10 sullivan fairies for a quest. They were yellow to me. They dropped 2 chests, one piece of armor and one weapon. Both were blue to me. Should a yellow solo mob drop blue items? Are you expecting groups of people to kill red solo mobs now? The yellow fights were a challenge and fighting them solo when the rewards would have been white to me would have been suicidal.Solo mobs should drop equipment that cons within one color of themselves, ideally the same color. Blue items when fighting yellow+ mobs is just dissapointing as well as useless. They will end up on a vendor and give the crafters even higher blood pressure.

From the patch notes:"- Encounter drops are now separated by the high and low levels for each zone. For example, level 12 solo encounters in Antonica will drop level 10-14 appropriate gear, spells, and recipes. A level 16 solo encounter in Antonica will drop level 15-19 items."I think that is part of the new item tables for encounters. We now get upper and lower half.

On the flip side, a level 15 could drop a level 19 item also. ~_~I haven't played enough with it to form a solid opinion yet, but so far i've done much much better than in the past few weeks.
