Corpse Bite

I was describing this to Nate tonight and since he's not observed it I thought I'd post it here.This has happened to me since I stated beta and continues to happen. The scenario: You're running around doing your own thing and suddenly you take a hit for damage but there's nothing attacking you. Or you're looting a corpse and you take a hit the moment you take the loot.The trigger: A corpse of a mob that was aggro on you decayed.It appears that on the instant of decay the mob makes a roll and if the roll is successful you take damage in an amount equal to the mob hitting you.It doesn't matter if the mob had loot or not. This sometimes happens when a corpse with no loot decays moments after battle. It can also happen 5 minutes later if you left loot on the mob and it decays naturally. It may also happen the instant you loot a mob and the corpse is decayed in that manner.Seemingly random hits to your character can all be traced back to the moment a corpse that had agro on you decays. They don't happen all the time, just when the copse makes a successful roll on decay. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />I call it Corpse Bite.

I would have not thought to mention that one, as it has been around forever... In fact, I believe I bugged it in Beta, but I'm not sure about that one.
