Don't play on Test. How is Smite Evil there? Bugged too?

I have been working for weeks to get Smite Evil for PVE and PVP purposes on Venekor.I am one point away and see reports of it being bugged on live.It will not hit the evil classes it states people say.

I tested it out tonight on a PvE server. It hits the NPCs I fight (assuming they aren't a 'good-aligned' class), but when I /duel'd a Shadowknight, it wouldn't land on him. Said "No targets in range". Is this being looked into for a fix there?Thanks,~Hawke<div></div>
