Adornment nerf question

** Items ***- Hit Point and Power Adornments: These have been reduced in effectiveness. In order to be as fair as possible, for each of these that you had previously attached to your gear, you'll find the new versions of them available in your Overflow, as well as the market value of them refunded to your available coin.What will happen if you purchased adornments, have not adorned them yet and have them setting in your bank? Will the effectiveness be taken away and the market value be refunded for non attuned adornments or will it be reduced in effectiveness and that's it, thus leaving you out alot of money. In otherwords, if you give the market value back to people who attached it to an item already it is only fair that you give it back to people who have not attached it yet.
