What is a "Rare Fabled item"?

<DIV>Raid Boss MoBs generally Drop some kind of Fabled Iteam nearly everytime they die, sometimes its Gear sometimes its Masters, sometimes its multiple iteams/Spells, and once and awhile its an Uber Iteam, this Iteam that has a far lower chance to drop off the MoB is a Rare Fabled Iteam.</DIV>

On beta they unnerfed some fabled drops from the 4 contestends and the TFD turtle. So it seems they drop the rare fabled items.
