Since there is only one test server which is PVE I would say no. Now there very well could be a PVP beta server but until NDA is lifted, we will not know unless a dev tells us.

I very much doubt it....none of the PvP only changes that have happened since beta have been tested by the playebase until pushed live<div></div>
