You know, anyone is welcome, at any time, before or after any patch, to log in a Test toon and /bug and /feedback everything. We already found out how the lag is, and how the stress load in NQ is. I don't think anyone's arguing about that. So it's time to look at what else there is or can be or will be.<div></div>

As was mentioned above, feel free to log in after the next patch and test stuff out and provide your feedback. Normally there are SOE QA folks around on Test almost daily talking to players about ongoing bugs and having us test specific stuff, and they also daily read our /bug and /feedbacks. So every day is pretty much a playtest <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />, they just happened to need larger numbers than usual on Monday. With preparation for EoF, the QA folks aren't on as much as usual, but they are still reading the bug/feedback and do pop in from time to time to check on how things are going. BTW, I think its unfair to throw the burden of all the changes onto Glendral -- no one person makes all the decisions about major changes like this, and whether he agrees with the changes or not, its his job to implement them if that's the decision that is made.

<DIV>It's very tempting to make the test server my guild's permanent home; miss being part of those helping a game in a constructive manner.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I do agree with the sentiment (as I posted in the first feedback thread): <U>if possible</U>, I'd like an opportunity to test whatever "new" changes "might" occur as a result of the playtest and subsequent feedback.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I think that's what being asked, since Glendral was asking a lot of questions (wonderfully so), seeming to get a feel for where boundaries of what was reasonable/acceptable to the crafters. Lot of data going back to SOE, feelings are running high and I'm sure crafters are anxious to see what actually gets implemented. Not unreasonable to hope they have a chance to preview again, with the impact of changes expected.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Glendral, I thought did a great job quickly getting his head around the situation and gathering everyone together to get feedback. Never easy being the front man / liason with customers, because it's always your name/face out there that people remember, even if the final decisions come from elsewhere. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV><p>Message Edited by Goldenflight on <span class=date_text>09-26-2006</span> <span class=time_text>03:22 PM</span>

Sure. But it's a learned reaction from 7 years of experience in the EQ community. Maybe your interest was genuine, but there are still a lot of people that would not contain their behaviour. Last night's gathering at the claymore was obviously impromptu and out of charater.</P> <P>Now can you figure out my riddles?</P>
