The fix only applies to the free "Trial of the Isle" introductory account, not paid accounts.  /report and /petition.  They get banned and SoE gets to keep their money.

Oh I've received many on Guk, heh, including from the same toon on multiple characters the same day lol. But nothing since they imlemented the changes *crosses her fingers*.

Since the change to the free trial, I have yet to receive one.  Before I was getting multiple plat seller tells daily.  This was a good change, so props to SoE for the change.I hope this sets an example for other games as well.  Free trials are not meant for a currency business to abuse, and it's a common problem in the majority of games.  It is nice to SoE leading the pack on this one.<div></div>

I didn't bother to ask if they were on the island before I /report, /petition, and /ignore them so I can't say for sure whether they were on the island or what level they were. I think calling the fix broken is a bit extreme. Only one /tell since the September 1, 2006 fix is a vast improvement.
