I believe the 8sec delay was causing it to miss alot more than it should.  There was a post about it on the ranger forums not ot long ago.  Something about CA's missing ALOT with it.  Now they fixed it.<div></div>

From what I know the bow was doing slashing damage not piercing. So when you use focus aim it buffs your piercing and drops slashing, so using focus aim was actually making you miss alot. I think thats what was happening anyway.
