SBH HQ LU28 changes

<DIV><FONT color=#3399ff>- Adventurers on the Shiny Brass Halberd heritage quest should now find owlbear meat and undead flesh every time they defeat the appropriate creatures.</FONT></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>This is quite strange as only yesterday I was mentioning to someone that I thought they'd made a change to this quest with the last update as I've done the owlbear stage twice in the last week and got an update every kill whereas previously I got one every 3 or 4 kills. Surely this can't have slipped to live already?</DIV>

I remember reading it patch notes and since I haven't read any for GU 28 must have been notes for Live.

Man I just finshed that on live like a month ago and it got me from 32-37 in levels just getting the owlbear meat and the patch work skins.
