It seems that there are Qeynos and Freeport only versions of the various god quests. Unfortunately you can't do both.

in lu 28 solsek ro and brell are coming and they r neutral

In some Dev post long ago, they posted that there are 8 gods: 3 good, 3 evil, and 2 neutral.  Brell and Ro, being neutral, are doable by both factions.  So my Assassin's done 4 of the gods quests now.<div></div>
