Probably a dumb question

Really?  That's too bad.  I really liked those quests.  Now the towns are kind of pointless with stupid NPC's you can't shut up because you finished their quests.  Like Taggen Bookrich (Can you believe Vandis guy).

<P>They were not all taken out. A lot of the courier quests were removed. Some of the kill quests had their NPCs moved to more appropriate locations.</P> <P> </P>

There was a big thread on this a while back, with most people asking for the quests to stay, but the cities are silent now. I was running around Beggar's Court earlier today, and there's hardly anyone there now. I miss the guys trying to get you to join their gang, and then once you do their tasks, they're too scared of you to let you join. They should have at least left the quests in until they've finished replacements, but there's nothing to do about it now.</div>

I know this is an old thread... but that guy......whines about his stupid crunchies  to me EVERY time I go into the Starcrest bank! I'm about to wring his neck and feed him his own teeth...
