Another broken PVP Item

<DIV>Forgot the name of the belt, but it's the PVP belt you can buy with +33,000 faction with the ability to deflect/block all INC blow for 10 sec when activated.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>This activatable ability can not be pulled to your hotbar. Looks like a bug, as I would think it would work like anything else. Hex dolls, wands, thermal Shocker, etc....all can be used as a hotkey.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Devs please have a look.</DIV>

Do you have it equipped, and are you dragging the "belt" slot down to your hotbar? Or are you just dragging the belt from your inventory?

if in slot it does not have (optional) then you have to be wearing it to use it.

While the belt is equipted it seems to not work on the hotbar (when pulled to it). Not sure why that is. Anyone else have this item and can confirm if I am the only one with this problem? Thanks.

If you are talking about the desperados waistband with 10sec of riposte for all frontal attacks and parry for all other quadrants..... I use it frequently and its on my hotbar. Nvr had  problem dragging it down just make sure its equipped.<div></div>

<DIV>You can have two icon on your hotbars for one item. The first one is to equip the item into your inventory. Once equipped this button no longer works (will not unequip the item). Second button is the slot button, it will activate any item in that slot.</DIV> <DIV>Example of this are the harvesting tools and hex dolls. I have buttons on my hot bar for each harvesting tool, press one to equip the tool then press another to switch out the tools. Now hex dolls can be activated from the charm slot button.</DIV>
