Test Character Transfer?

As of right now, no. Will there be? Probably not.

Because Test is run as a server with a community and economy in its own right, I doubt they will ever allow that except for the occasional special situations. To allow character transfers at will would seriously impact the server community. When SOE needs larger numbers for certain types of testing like the recent adventure pack, they make temporary beta buffing available for level 1 characters so that they have enough people who can test at specific levels, then at the end those betabuffed characters and all their gear/cash is removed. If you are interested in trying out some things on Test, I highly recommend creating a character there. The people are generally very friendly and helpful; be sure to /join test, as that is the main chat channel used rather than the standard channels.

Test_Copy gets wiped...the Test Server doesn't experience any wipes.</p>
