- Hex dolls

- Hex dolls that decrease resistances or attributes were adjusted to scale appropriately for their level.Anyone on test who can tell me what kind of change is this?Or is it a bug that has been fixed ?thx

I looked at the T7 rare version of all of them.  Discord has had a dramatic increase in debuff, reducing stats by 61 each.The physical and magical mitigation debuffs have had their ranges of values replaced by a single value, which is lower than the bottom of the old range, so a nerf there (702 is the new value, old range was around 800-950 or something like that).Speed reduction ones (combat and movement) also had a range replaced with a single value.  The single value falls within the range that it used to, on the mid-low end of the range.  I imagine that the lower tier items will be significantly lower than they were before, as the range used to not change as the tier increased.<div></div>
