<div></div>- Effects that cannot be dispelled will no longer show on the player or group detriment displays.Personally I think this is an awful change, just because we can't cure it doesnt mean that seeing its on there via the detriment display is useless. Most of us know or soon find out that it isnt curable and know not to cure it, but even more than that, use that display to recognise when certain uncurable effects are applied on the tank, some of which require quick reactions to deal with. Example - Flame Claw in Nizara, City of the Nayad - not curable (even with a fury with M1 group cure), but does 5k+ heat damage a tick. We can't cure it, but when that elemental ailment alert appears, it lets us know that we better cast some direct heals [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] quick or the tanks going to die, and without this appearing on the display its going to be absolute hell to deal with. Not to mention it's pretty [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] hard for a tank to quickly find out just what was cast on them. Please, either give us another window that displays incurable status effects, or leave it as is.<div></div>

I would prefer an icon to show for all effects but the number only reflect the amount that are curable.Icon: An effects exists, curable or not.Number: how many curable effects there are.<div></div>

/agree with both poster's above, having an icon also allows us to see what the ability is based on and wear appropriate resist gear to compensate.

The current design leaves healers without any idea of what effects have been placed unless they go poke through 30 individual mini-icons (not pheasible).

Yeah- a bad change unless it's fixed. I think the numbers idea works pretty well.<div></div>

They could also just make uncurable effects a different color.

I also like being able to see all effects. There have been times where being able to hover over whatever the mob hit me with (and get a screenshot of it, heh) have been the way to figure out how not to screw up a group or raid. I can see what it is, I can tell others, we can figure out if it's curable or not, and we can make strategy from there.More information is never, ever a bad thing.<div></div>

<DIV>Due to all of the suggestions in this thread, I've re-vamped how this will work a little bit.</DIV> <UL> <LI>If you have curable effects on you, you will see the icon with a count of the curable effects</LI> <LI>If you have only incurable effects on you, you will see the icon darkened a little bit</LI> <LI>The curable effects take priority, so if you have both curable and incurable effects, you'll only get the count of curable effects and when they are all gone, you will see the darkened incurable effect icon.</LI></UL> <P>Thanks for the suggestions!</P>

Thank you for listening to the communities suggestions. This new system sounds great. I was sick of trying to cure incurables.
no more days when i used to heal saying"you can keep casting your groupcure but it.... well, fine keep trying then"<div></div>
