Can anyone confirm about neutral betrayals??

I have been looking for a few weeks and i have heard nothing about switching classes if your a nuetral class when you betray. I am a FP warlock and looking to go Qeynos wizard but dont want to get my hopes up if i cant.  ANYONE?!!??????Thanks <div></div>
