Betrayal not possible before level 10?

I was under the impression that you could now betray at any level but I have come up against a level 10 mob I have to kill which I can't do at my level (7). I guess maybe with all the right equipment I can but I am sure some classes won't be able to. <div></div>

Im sure they figured anyone under level 10 would be smart enough to simply restart their character as the one they want instead of going through the whole betrayal quest. I suggest you take the 2 hours to get your character back up to level 7 with the class that you want.

It's not necessarily choosing the wrong class that makes one betray. Uniqueness of character is a major plus. How many high elf necros are there? :O

You can start it at any level. They never said you can complete it at any level.<div></div>

I betrayed from Qeynos at level 16 and had no trouble. I didn't have to kill anything until the last step and that took me to an instance scaled to level 15 and level 16 NPCs only.
