Qyenos to Freeport Betrayal?

I am currently doing it and don't remember any patch since I started that may have disabled him. Not sure what cave you are talking about as the quest starts in Qeynos harbor and I don't remember seeing anyone in any cave yet. <div></div>

<P>Well, I just tried it on the Freeport side with a level 8 character, and he can't get it either.</P> <P>Is there a level requirement that is undocumented?  Because the patch notes say a character can betray at any level -- Qeynosians talk to Sprockfuddle in Qeynos Harbor and Freeportians talk to Izzay in West Freeport.  Neither respond.</P>

I also can't pick up the quest in Freeport with my lvl 6 iksar.  Was going to try again at lvl 10, in case they put in a min. lvl requirement.  Who knows..

I can confirm, tried to get the quest at level 8 and npc wouldn't speak to me.  Levelled to 10 and a feather appeared above his head... <div></div>
