<DIV>I've got an Exile character on test and he's currently a level 19 scholar. I'm aware of the bug that automatically chooses sage as my proffesion if I ding 20, so I'm holding off leveling for the moment.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>However, if I were in Freeport still I'd just have to go get myself certified as my chosen proffesion (alchemist).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My question is, where is the tradeskill certification NPC in Haven? I've tried hailing every NPC in the place, that I know of. None of them give the option. I may have just missed the NPC but then again it might be an oversight on SOE's part (I've tried searching here but to no avail).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Incidentally, I snuck into West Freeport to see if I could get certified there still and the usual NPC is an aggressive level 50 now lol. Not quite the certification I was looking for.</DIV>

My test tradeskiller is waiting until I get certified as a Sage before beginning betrayal becuase I was concerned about this. I have a follow-up question though. Is there an NPC for turning in collections to in Haven currently?

If we keep asking questions like this, Haven will become a full-fledged city. Would there be any point in finishing the betrayal quest? Why not add adventurer and artisan writ givers to Haven too while we are at it?Welcome to the POK-ification of EQ2, folks.<p>Message Edited by Jooneau on <span class=date_text>05-24-2006</span> <span class=time_text>01:54 PM</span>

Haven is supposed to be a full fledged city zone with exiles suffering some penalties (like no housing or docks) but still able to operate as exiles with an almost fully featured exile city. It makes for three home city options (Freeport, Qeynos, or Haven) with the difference of Haven being that there is no housing and that you have to start somewhere else and betray to get to Haven. Is there some reason this is undesirable? It is something that a lot of people on the PvP servers definitely need for sure and I don;t see how it diminished gameplay on the PvE servers in any way.<BR>

I missed the part in the patch notes where they said "Another downside to being an Exile is you will remain level 19 as a tradeskill if you forgot to certify yourself in your original city first".Think before you post please <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></div>

Why should we be limited to two full cities? Let's not forget Maj'Dul either. Do you think Kelethin will be the last city to be added? Eminent Domain of the virtual world. No bits left unpolarized. <div></div>
