Lvl2-10 recipes changing?

What about lvl3-10 artisan recipes though? Quite a few of the artisan recipes still require sub combines; it was only the stuff you can make on the island that got updated. Or was that just my experience this weekend becasue like a dork I bought the artisan 3-9 recipes from the wholesaler and scribed them before I did the starter artisan quests and realized that the recipes are given as quest rewards? Maybe the quest reward recipes are all single combine?</DIV>

Specially those amazing looking bronze sconces.

The spell upgrade portion of the scholar line was completely changed in T1 and T2, so I'd bet everything else in T1 on up will be done in the patch as well. They just didn't have time to finish doing all the recipes in the tiers, so they just did the spell upgrades?
