<P>I play a Shadow Knight and yes, Harm Touch sucks and is mean.  However, it hasn't cause me more wins then losses in pvp.  Many times, even using HT on scouts, it only takes half their health and their 300 arrows drop me pretty fast.  The only class I have even been able to one shot from a distance are mages.  Anyway their root will keep me from EVER getting close to them.  And even by the time the stuns wear off, Im half health already.  So Quit whining since each class is good against another class.  Playing SKs against scouts, I usually lose. (Might just be me sucking a pvp)</P>

You say SKs have an "Easy Kill" button, maybe you should try and up your disease resist.   Why don't you complain about assassins "assassinate" skill,  Or scouts being able to snare you, so you can't run.   Don't forget to start a thread about Wardens having evac (I mean OMG they can heal, and Evac! wow so overpowered), or Wizards being able to evac (OMG Icecomet and evac together /cry).   Don't forget that Paladins get a "Heal Me" button that they can use every 15 minutes (So overpowered for a tank to be able to heal themselves).  And OMG a Conjuror can send his pet after me while i'm chasing him down, how is that fair?     </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If you couldn't tell there was a lot of sarcasm there.  Next time you complain about something , please look into it first so you don't make yourself look like a fool.   Also on the note of SK evac,  compared to a scout evac this spell is nothing.  A scout can run around and cast evac, a SK must stand still and hope to not get interrupted.  </DIV><p>Message Edited by Dogmae on <span class=date_text>04-28-2006</span> <span class=time_text>04:53 PM</span>

<DIV>SK evac is still interruptable, and they still can't move while casting it.  So it is much easier to deal with then a scout.</DIV>

Large HP, Large Mitigation, Medium to Large avoidance, knock backs, stuns, Feign death, life tap, life tap shield, damage shield, pet, snare,  AE life tap, mana tap, debuff : str, mitigation, disease, horse, evac, and of course harm touch line. While my ranger has stealth, see invis, track and evac people are threatened by us. But with all the SK's utilities they still have a decent amount of trouble with a lot of people. Sure the HT is killer but its only 15 mins and on a disease resist. Sufficient level and high resist you will resist it. High enough resist and it won't do enough damage to be a one shot kill. Sk are strong no doubt but not invincible.</b></font> <div></div>

Its not i can STR debuff several creatures down the line and gain the advantage of that ... </P> <P>As well as Im not consistantly worried on recasting the spell as soon as the buff is up... There are others spells down the line i would be conserving if the fight had to last for over a minute .. and wasting mana on a str debuff is not at the very top of the list ...So what is the point of this ? </P>

Now, i have been called a radical in lots of matters, and i am prepared to be one again:- I believe that evac should be got rid of altogether, especially for pvp.-Blam all you want, but scouts can get away usually if they are quick, SKs, why the hell do they need evac!-Just my to pennies (I'm a hardcore Englishman)<div></div>

I much rather see a SK with evac rather then shadow step in this type of PvP game.</b></font><div></div>

<P>I wouldnt mind haveing Shadow Step Back =D .... Though seriously I dont think they could implement it in game.. Even in EQ 1 it was barely implemented. The spell could only TP you to a land terrain of the same height as what you casted on.. So there was no Going around hills, unless on the other side was same... then maybe ... </P> <P> </P> <P>A 30min evac is not over powering, we cannot run whlie casting it and we are prone to get interrupted...</P>

I'm finding most classes have an 'ace in the hole' ability they can use in dire straits. As a Ranger I can cast Evac while running and its a godsend. I suppose Harm Touch would be the SK's 'ace' since their evac isnt that great. I know my Mystic has a no power, instant cast super-ward and my Monk has Feign Death. Not sure about other classes... <div></div>
