Trade Commissioner Aman or his PH's Not spawning

<div>Anyone else notice this? I have killed all 5 sets of mummies and the only spawn i get in the middle is the usual 2 or 3 mummies.. No PH's and No named. I have been killing the 5 sets of Mummies for 4-6 hours two days straight and not one PH/Named spawn.. I am assuming this is bugged.</div><div> </div><div>I did /bug it but was wondering if maybe he got moved or something like that... I read several patch notes but saw nothing specific to this issue..</div><div> </div><div>Any info would be greatly appreciated.</div><div> </div><div>Thanks</div>

<div></div>Ok.  You kill the 5 groups of mummies(none of which the Trade Commish actually spawns as there is no PH) after you kill those 5 groups either 2 Market Enforcers spawn or Trade Commish and 2 down arrow Market Enforcers Spawn on the steps of the building.  Usually it takes a few clears in order for him to spawn. Then you hafta kill him a BUNCH of times to get the master chest to drop for the staff.

<div></div><p>Yes I know i have been killing the 5 groups of mummies but like I said, the two Market Enforcers or the Named never pop.. Many hours doing this and not once did I see a Market Enforcer pop on the steps or the Commish. I am on the Crushbone Server.. I am wondering if this bug is specific to my Server as others seem to be able to spawn him. Not sure what servers the others were on.</p><p>I did /bug it so hopefully that will get corrected. After all the readin I ahve done I am certain I am doing this right..</p><p>Thanks again..</p><p> </p>

Yeah, I noticed the same problem a couple of weeks ago when I happened to be in Living Tombs to finish up my Vessel of Fyr'Un quest. I killed a couple rounds of the zombies and never got a single spawn of the PH enforcers. I thought it was rather odd at the time.BTW, I DO know that I was killing the right mobs as I spent an entire day in there a while back, killing this encounter over and over until I got the master chest for my staff.It does seem like something happens to cause the named encounters in there to get bugged. I had the same problem when I reached the step to spawn Tirik in the Priestess court. The group I joined killed mobs all around those steps for about an hour without a single spawn of the Protectors of Tirik before we gave up. I came back the next morning after a server reset and got the protectors and named on the first spawn cycle.
