where are the patch notes

It's called Unprofessional, after the unannouced server merges and the general lack of comunication between SOE and players, and obviuosly between SOE employees, I would say Unprofessional behaviour.<div></div>

I haven't been in game since Wednesday.. err Tues.. because I am at Fan Faire where most of devs, Moorgard, Blackgaurd, and Raijinn are also.But... not all downtimes have changes that need to be put into patch notes.  There may have only been changes dealing with the IT side which really isn't anything needed to be communicated.  When changes affecting characters are put in place, they do have notes for them.<div></div>
